In October 2024, Vietnam Airlines will start flying directly to Munich from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. This new route to one of Germany's largest cities marks a significant milestone in Vietnam Airlines' efforts to expand its network. It will also serve as the only direct flight from Vietnam to Munich.
The flight schedule from Vietnam to Munich will be in effect from October 5, 2024, to March 31, 2025. Specifically, there will be two flights per week from Hanoi to Munich. Flights will depart Hanoi on Fridays and Sundays, with return flights from Munich on Mondays and Saturdays.
Vietnam Airlines will operate two weekly flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Munich. Flights will depart Ho Chi Minh City on Mondays and Wednesdays, with return flights from Munich on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Wednesday flight frequency will begin on December 2, 2024.
