Vietnam Airlines announces system upgrades and related service disruptions
During the system upgrade period, certain flight-related services will be impacted as follows:
- Passengers will be unable to book seats, purchase tickets, or request refunds/exchanges on the website, mobile app, or at Vietnam Airlines ticket offices. This also applies to the Mytour website/mobile app.
- Online check-in and counter check-in services will be temporarily unavailable.
- Services related to the frequent flyer program will also be temporarily suspended.
We understand that this inconvenience may cause unnecessary disruptions. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
Additional notes for passengers using Vietnam Airlines flight services
Vietnam Airlines recommends that passengers carefully plan their trips scheduled for April 18, 2024. Any updates will be communicated via the registered phone number or email. Passengers should also note the following:
