Previously, Vietnam Airlines had introduced a flight schedule for the direct Hanoi – London route with a frequency of 2 flights per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

For the Ho Chi Minh City – London route, Vietnam Airlines' flights will depart from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) at 00:20 AM and land at Heathrow Airport in London at 07:15 AM local time. The flight duration is approximately 13 hours and 55 minutes.

For the Hanoi – London route, Vietnam Airlines' flights depart from Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) at 01:35 AM and arrive at Heathrow Airport (London) at 07:15 AM local time. The total flight time is approximately 12 hours and 40 minutes.
