Regulations for Free Checked and Carry-On Luggage

Note: Children under 2 years old (from 14 days after birth) are entitled to free baggage allowance: 1 piece – 10kg (for all service classes).
Guidelines for Serving Connecting Passengers
- Luggage will be sent directly to the final destination of the flight segments operated by Bamboo Airways.
- Travelers may check in directly at the departure airport (if it uses Bamboo Airways' check-in system) or re-check and receive a boarding pass at the transfer area of the connecting airport (if the departure airport does not use Bamboo Airways' check-in system). Passengers will be advised about the connecting process during check-in at the departure airport, including a recommendation to visit the transfer counter at the connecting airport to verify flight details for the next leg.
- At the connecting airport:
+ For passengers who have completed check-in and have a boarding pass for the next flight: They can proceed to the waiting area to prepare for boarding without needing to go through immigration or collect baggage.
+ For passengers who have not checked in, do not have a boarding pass for the next flight, or have any other issues: They should head to the “Transfer” counter where ground staff will assist with completing the necessary airline procedures, and they will not need to go through immigration or collect baggage.
- Travelers will not go through immigration at the connecting airport. If a passenger wishes to enter the country of the connecting airport (Vietnam), they must have all necessary documents and a visa for entry.
- The departure airport is responsible for verifying the passenger’s identification for the entire journey.
- If a passenger has excess baggage: The departure airport will collect the excess baggage fee for the entire journey.
