Bringing pets on flights has become quite common nowadays. In response to this growing demand, the national carrier has introduced a service that allows pets to be transported in the passenger cabin, although the regulations are quite stringent.
Currently, Vietnam Airlines offers a service for passengers to bring pets in the passenger cabin on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines.

What are Vietnam Airlines' regulations for transporting pets in the passenger cabin?
Preparation Before the Flight
Passengers wishing to bring pets on board are requested to contact Vietnam Airlines' branches to reserve the pet transportation service at least 24 hours before the flight's departure.
