At Ashikaga Wisteria Park, there are many different flower colors, such as blue, yellow, purple, and pink, with purple being the most abundant. Ashikaga Park also features a flower tunnel covered by white Wisteria and a long pathway bordered by yellow Wisteria vines. These are among the most beautiful and unique spots in the park. The park is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM during spring, summer, and fall (March to the end of November), and from 10 AM to 5 PM in winter. Entrance fees range from 300 to 1,700 yen, depending on the season, with the best time to visit being May to June when the fee is 1,500 to 1,700 yen.
Since Ashikaga Wisteria Park is located outside of Tokyo and access is not particularly easy, it's recommended to spend a whole day exploring the park. From Tokyo, you can take the Tobu Isesaki Line from Tobu Asakusa Station to Ashikagashi Station. If you take the Ryomo Limited Express, it goes directly to Ashikagashi, about a 70-minute ride costing 2,000 yen.
