3. AlienThe Iconic Scene
The commercial towing vessel Nostromo, on its way back to Earth, receives an SOS signal from a nearby planet. The crew is compelled to investigate. After a rough landing, some of the crew members venture out to explore. While discovering a hive colony of an unknown creature, the ship’s computer decodes the message as a warning rather than a distress signal. As one of the eggs is disturbed, the crew remains unaware of the imminent danger until it’s too late. This scene is one of the most iconic from Alien, requiring no further explanation.
2. A Clockwork OrangeBilly's Gang
In a dystopian future Britain, a gang of teenage delinquents terrorizes the streets every night, committing violent and depraved acts. After one of the boys suppresses a rebellion within the gang, he is knocked unconscious and left to be captured by the police. In an effort to shorten his prison sentence, he agrees to undergo 'aversion therapy.' Upon his release, he is repulsed by violence, but the rest of his former gang is still after him. In this scene, Alex and his droogs encounter Billy's gang.

Marion Crane, a Phoenix office worker, is fed up with her life. She has to meet her lover Sam during lunch breaks, and their relationship is strained because Sam is burdened with alimony payments, preventing them from marrying. One Friday, Marion is entrusted with $40,000 by her employer to deposit. Seeing an opportunity to escape, Marion steals the money and heads toward Sam’s California store. After a long drive, she pulls into The Bates Motel to rest, where she meets Norman, a quiet young man who seems to be under the control of his mother. This scene is widely regarded as one of the most iconic moments in horror cinema.
