Dennis Quaid's interview during a fire evacuation left many people in utter disbelief.

As the wildfires in Los Angeles began on Tuesday, thousands were forced to evacuate, including actor Dennis Quaid.

While Dennis was fleeing his Brentwood residence on Friday, an NBC4 Los Angeles reporter unexpectedly approached him for an interview.

"How awkward, embarrassing, and downright rude," one comment on YouTube read.

"This interview was a strange combination of bizarre, humorous, heartfelt, and a bit awkward..." one user shared on X.

Another user expressed feeling "embarrassed" for the reporter.

"Not them interviewing Dennis Quaid while he hurriedly packs his things to evacuate," another tweet read.

Someone else called the situation extremely awkward.
