This well-known singer recently shared that Harry Styles ghosted her after a date, and the internet is completely taken aback by the revelation

Well, we’ve just received some HUGE gossip about Harry’s past dating experiences. I must admit, it's not the best kind of tea— but it doesn’t ruin his prince status for me. Still, it’s quite an intriguing tale for someone who grew up as a fan.

Our story takes us back to Harry's The X Factor days (yes, that was fifteen years ago). During his audition process, he had a brief romance with another well-known singer.

That individual is JADE, also recognized as Jade Thirlwall, and a member of the famous girl group Little Mix. I'm sure you're familiar with their hits.

Jade recently appeared on The Louis Theroux Podcast and shared the full story. "We went on one date when we were about 16 or so," she explained. "He had just joined a band, and it was hilarious because we stayed in touch."

But our story takes a turn towards a bit of sadness. "The moment they went live on shows, he stopped replying to my messages," Jade shared. "I thought, 'That's it, he's gone. He's made it.'" But of course, she "made it the following year."

Now, you must be wondering: If they both succeeded, did they ever reconnect? Did Harry and Jade ever talk about their brief romance? I'm excited to share that the answer is YES, according to Jade herself!

Once both Little Mix and One Direction achieved massive fame, Harry and Jade crossed paths once more — and Harry actually apologized! "He said, ‘I’m really sorry for ignoring you,’" she remembered.

It’s hard to imagine Harry and Jade ignoring one another, especially since this wasn’t the only connection between Little Mix and One Direction — Jade's bandmate Perrie Edwards was famously once engaged to Zayn Malik.

At the end of the day, Jade reminded us that her experience with Harry was all in good spirits, and it happened such a long time ago. "I was so young it didn’t really matter," she said. "He was always very, very sweet."

Even someone who was literally ghosted by Harry Styles can’t help but describe him as "lovely." Just saying.
