The Minecraft Tricky Trials update will introduce new Copper and Tuff blocks for building. Additionally, three blocks with different functionalities will be available for combat trials and resources, including:
- Crafter
- Trial Spawner
- Copper Bulb
The Crafter is a fully automated crafting table now powered by redstone, making the crafting process faster and easier. It can serve as a replacement for traditional crafting benches. Trial Spawner and Copper bulb are exclusive blocks within the Trial Spawner. Copper bulb blocks provide light, while Trial Spawner blocks are a source of material generation.

Minecraft's Tricky Trials continues to offer new Trial Chambers filled with unique resources and mob drops. Among the new features, players can expect two new hostile mobs and several variants of existing mobs, such as:
- The Breeze
- Bogged Skeleton
- Armadillo
- New variants of the wolf
In the Trial Chamber, you will encounter the hostile mob, The Breeze. The Bogged Skeletons typically spawn in swampy areas. Armadillos inhabit warm ecosystems such as prairies and barren lands. These creatures drop Scute, a crucial material used for crafting armor. Additionally, you will come across new variants of wolves with different fur colors in sparse forests, grassy highlands, and arid, tree-filled landscapes.

3. New weapons in Minecraft 1.21 Tricky Trial
Minecraft 1.21 Tricky Trials also introduces a brand new weapon, The Mace. Players must explore the Trial Chamber to collect the heavy core found in Chamber Vaults and loot wind bars by defeating the Breeze mobs within.

4. Additional Items in Minecraft 1.21 Tricky Trial
Apart from the usual trial keys, trial spawner blocks, and vaults, players in Minecraft can also find keys, spawners, vaults, and ominous bottles within the Trial Chamber. These items are rarer than the usual ones, so you may encounter much better loot. The ominous bottle is a unique item with a Bad Omen effect, which triggers a raid upon entering a village.
