Step 1: Update CapCut to the latest version on your device.

Step 10: Choose to apply it to the Overlay => Tap the checkmark (v).
Step 11: Return to the original toolbar => Tap the water drop icon at the start of the video.
Step 12: Choose the overlay video below => Tap Mask.
Step 13: Select the mask style => The blurred effect mask will now appear.
Step 14: Adjust the size and blur intensity of the mask.
- Drag the two-way arrows to adjust the size.
- Use the one-way arrow at the bottom to adjust the blur intensity.
Step 15: Hold the small round center to move the mask to the area you want to blur => Tap the checkmark (v) to complete.
Step 16: If you're satisfied with the edit, tap the arrow to export the video.

Step 1: Launch CapCut and open the video you wish to blur.
Step 2: Tap on Effects => Click on Video Effects.
