Users often rely on Rufus to install Windows 11, bypassing TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot requirements. However, with the 24H2 version, this process has become more complex due to Microsoft's additional restrictions. For those with low-spec computers or limited technical knowledge, using Flyby11 to upgrade to Windows 11 24H2 offers a simpler and more convenient solution.
If your computer meets all the necessary requirements and you wish to perform a fresh installation of your operating system, you can download Rufus 4.6 or a newer version. Then, proceed to create a bootable USB and install Windows 11 24H2 using your USB BOOT.
