How to create a QR code for PDF documents
To generate a QR code for a PDF document, follow these steps:
Step 1: First, you need to access the link HERE
Step 2: Select Upload PDF File and choose the PDF file you want to generate a QR code for, then click the purple Customize & Download button.
- You can name your QR code in the field below (optional).
Step 3: Next, customize and choose from pre-designed templates, frames, shapes, logos, and more to make your document's QR code visually appealing and memorable.
- Preview the design and style of the QR code on the right side of the screen.
Step 4: Once all adjustments are complete, select the Format and Size of the QR code => click the Download QR Code button on the right.
How to create a QR code for Word and Excel documents
The process of generating a scannable code for Word and Excel documents is quite similar to that of PDFs.
Step 1: Access the link HERE and select Upload File.
Step 2: Choose the Word or Excel file you want to create a QR code for, then click Open.
Step 3: Next, select Generate dynamic QR code.
Step 4: Customize the QR code for your Word or Excel document using the options in this panel.
- Finally, select the format and click Download.
- Your QR code will be downloaded immediately, and you can open it to share or send to other users.

To scan the newly created code, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Zalo app on your Android or iOS device.
Step 2: Select the QR code scanning icon and point the camera towards the QR code
- Once scanned successfully, you will receive a link to the document and can open it immediately.
