- Ability to transact via bank card, transfer money, or make payments through the Techcombank Mobile app

II. Guide to redeeming Techcombank Rewards points

1. Redeem Techcombank points for gift vouchers

Step 1: Open the Techcombank Mobile app on your phone and log in to your account.
Step 2: On the main interface, tap on Techcombank Rewards, and you will see your reward points under U-Point Balance.
- U-Point Balance represents the reward points you earn from transactions (details on earning more points are provided below).

Step 3: Scroll down, locate, and select the Voucher you wish to redeem => choose Redeem Points
- Each Voucher requires a different number of points, depending on the promotional benefits they offer to users.

- At this point, select Confirm and enter your password, fingerprint, or Face ID to authenticate the redemption of Techcombank Rewards points on the app. The system will then notify you of successful voucher redemption.

- To access your Voucher, navigate back up and tap on Voucher Wallet =>Redeemed =>Unused => select the Voucher to use.

2. Redeem Techcombank points for cash or cashback

Step 1: Open and log in to Techcombank Mobile, then select Techcombank Rewards
Step 2: Tap on Redeem Points for Cash and choose the amount you wish to receive.
- For every transaction made using your Techcombank bank card, Visa card, etc., you can receive a corresponding cashback amount.
- 1 U-Point = 1 VND

Step 3: After making your selection, click Authenticate and follow the on-screen instructions to receive cash from redeeming Techcombank Rewards points.
