Standard shipping is free, while express shipping costs $12.90. All orders with standard shipping are free of charge. If you opt for express shipping and your order is under $129, you'll pay $12.90 for shipping. However, if your order exceeds $129, express shipping is free of charge.
Where does Temu ship from?
Most Temu products are shipped from China. Though Temu is based in Boston, Massachusetts, the company is owned by Chinese firm PDD Holdings. The majority of vendors and manufacturers selling items on Temu are located in China.

How to Speed Up Your Temu Delivery

- Alternatively, combine items into one order over $129 to qualify for free express shipping.
Buy from sellers closer to your location. Although most items ship from China, Temu also works with sellers worldwide. Purchasing from vendors based in your country or a nearby one can speed up delivery.
- Look for products marked with a 'Local warehouse' tag, indicating the item is shipping from a nearby country or region.
Avoid shopping during peak holiday seasons. Shipping carriers are typically overwhelmed during holidays, which can cause delays. To get your orders faster, try to shop during quieter times of the year, outside of major holiday periods.
Order products that are in stock. Ensure that the items in your cart are available for immediate shipment and not on backorder. Ordering out-of-stock items may delay the processing time, causing longer shipping periods with Temu.

How to Monitor Your Temu Orders
Sign in to your Temu account and navigate to 'Your Orders.' Visit Temu's login page, log into your account, and look for 'Your Orders' on the left-hand side.
- Alternatively, download the Temu app and log in to track your orders.
- If you don’t have a Temu account, locate your order confirmation email and click on 'Track your order.'
Find your order and click the 'Track' button. Once you've located the order you want to track, click on the orange 'Track' button next to it. Temu will display your order's shipping status, estimated delivery date, and the carrier handling it.
- Temu also provides the tracking number. You can enter it on the carrier's website to track your order directly.
- If tracking information isn't available, your order is likely still being processed.
- Tracking updates may not appear until the order reaches the United States.
What to Do if Your Temu Order is Delayed or Missing
Reach out to Temu customer support within 90 days of placing your order. If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date or shows as 'Delivered' but you haven’t received it, contact Temu. A representative will assist you in determining whether your package is delayed or lost.
- Log in to your Temu account to email, chat, or speak directly with a customer service representative.
- If your package is late, Temu offers $5 compensation for standard shipping and $13 for express shipping.
- Some delays are beyond Temu’s control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, and shipping restrictions, and these do not qualify for compensation.
Request a refund if your order never arrives. Log in to your Temu account or use the app, then go to 'Your Orders.' Find the order you're looking to refund and select 'Return/Refund.' Confirm that the order hasn't arrived and click 'Request a Refund.'

How to Return a Temu Order for a Refund
Sign in to your Temu account and go to 'Your Orders.' Log in to your Temu account or open the app, then click 'Your Orders.'
- Note: You must return the item within 14 days of initiating the return. If you don't ship it back within that time frame, Temu will cancel the return request.
Click on 'Return/Refund' and choose your return reason. Locate the order you wish to return and tap the 'Return/Refund' option. Next, select the reason for your return from the available options.
- Depending on your choice, you may be asked to provide further details about your return.
Pick your refund method. Decide if you'd like to receive your refund through the original payment method or as Temu credits.
- Refunds to your original payment method usually take 5 to 14 business days.
- Temu credits are refunded almost instantly.
Place all return items in the same box. Make sure to pack all the items you're returning together in one box. Don’t forget to include the original barcode for each item.
- If you no longer have the original barcode, put each item in a clear plastic bag. Be aware that returns may take longer to process without the barcodes.
Print and attach the return label to the package. After initiating your return, Temu will email you a free return label. Print it out and tape it securely to the outside of your package.
- If you can't find the return label, go to 'Your Orders,' click 'All Orders,' and choose 'Print a return label and start return.'
- The first return for each order is free. Any subsequent returns for the same order will incur a $7.99 fee, plus tax, for shipping.
Drop off your return at a nearby UPS or USPS location. Take the package to your closest UPS or USPS store and wait for Temu to receive the return and process your refund.
- Track the status of your return and refund by visiting 'Your Orders' and selecting 'Returns.'
