Steps
On Windows
Select the content you want to copy:
- Text: To select text, click and drag the cursor until the desired text is highlighted, then release.
- Files: To copy and paste files on your computer, you can select multiple files by holding the Ctrl key and clicking on each file.
- Images: In most Windows applications, you can select the image you want to copy with just a single click.
Right-click or use the trackpad, depending on your computer's settings. You can right-click by using two fingers on the trackpad or tapping the far-right corner of the trackpad with one finger.
Click on . The text will be copied to your computer's clipboard.
- Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+C. In some applications, you can click Edit on the menu bar and then select .
Click on the document or field where you want to insert the text or image.
Click on Paste. The text or image will be inserted at the cursor's position in the document or field.
- Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+V. In some applications, you can click Edit on the menu bar and then select Paste.
On Mac
Select the content you want to copy:

Click on the Edit button in the menu bar.

- Alternatively, you can press ⌘+C. Right-click or use the trackpad. If there is no right-click function, press Control+click on Mac, then select from the pop-up menu.
Click on the document or field where you want to insert the image or text.
Click on Edit in the menu.
Click on Paste. The text or image will be inserted into the document or field where your cursor is placed.

On iPhone or iPad
Select the content you want to copy:
- Text: To copy text, tap and drag the selection handles over the text you want to copy until the entire section is highlighted, then release. You can also tap and hold individual words to copy them automatically.
- Images: Press and hold the image until a menu appears.
Select . The text will be copied to your device's clipboard.
Press and hold on the document or field where you want to insert the text or image.
- If you need to insert it into a different app than the one you copied from, open that app first.
Tap on Paste. The text or image will be inserted at the cursor's position in the document or field.
On Android
