Today, Mytour will show you how to apply a formula across an entire column using Google Sheets (Google Spreadsheets) on the desktop version of the website.
Steps

Go to https://sheets.google.com in your web browser. If you're signed into your Google account, all your linked documents will appear in the list.
- Log in to your Google account if you're not signed in automatically.

Enter the formula in the first cell of the column.
- If your data has header rows, avoid entering the formula there.

Click on a cell to select it.

Drag the small handle at the bottom-right corner of the cell to the end of the column. Click and hold the small green square in the bottom-right corner of the cell, then drag it down through the cells where you wish to apply the formula. When you release the mouse, the formula from the first cell will be copied into each cell in the selected range.

Use keyboard shortcuts. If the column is too long to drag or you prefer to apply the formula to the entire column, follow these steps:
- Click the cell with the formula.
- Select the letter at the top of the column.
- Press Ctrl+D (Windows) or ⌘ Command+D (Mac).
