There are numerous situations where frequently reloading a page can be beneficial, such as during an eBay auction. You can add an extension to Chrome to enable automatic page reloading.
Steps

Search for the keyword "auto refresh chrome" on Google. Click on one of the extensions listed here, such as "Easy Auto Refresh."

Click on "Add to Chrome" in the top right corner of the Auto Refresh extension window.

Click the "Add" button to begin the installation process of the page reload extension.

Click the circular double-arrow icon next to the web address bar in Chrome.

Click the "Start" button when you want the page reload feature to begin. The time interval between reloads will appear on the left. The circular arrow icon will then turn green and start continuously reloading the selected page until you stop it. To stop the process, click the extension icon again and select "Stop."
Tips
- Make sure to stop the reload loop as soon as you find the result you need, such as the eBay page you want to bid on. Otherwise, those pages might get lost.
Warnings
- Be cautious with the websites you reload continuously, as some sites may flag such activities for consuming excessive bandwidth.
