Go to the Privacy section. It is located directly beneath the "Advanced" tab.

Select Safe search. This will activate the safe browsing mode on Google Chrome, ensuring that your Android phone will no longer display adult content or any other "unsafe" sites.
Advice
- You can also download an app to block adult websites on Android.
- You may find adult content-blocking apps in the Chrome or Firefox stores, especially for blocking adult content on those browsers. "Adult Blocker" is a good option for both browsers.
Warning
- Adult content often appears while you're browsing the web. The best way to minimize its impact on any restricted user accounts (such as children's accounts) is to monitor the sites they visit.
