How to Call the Philippines from the US?

Start by dialing 011. Pick up your phone and wait for the dial tone, or open your mobile phone’s dialer app. Dial 011, the international access code for the United States.

• Whenever you're dialing internationally from the U.S., you begin with 011 to signal that it's an overseas call.
• Each country has its own specific international prefix, which must be dialed before any international call can be completed.
