Today, Mytour will walk you through the process of using PayPal's website to cancel any upcoming automatic payments, including subscriptions to PayPal's website and services.
Steps

Go to https://www.paypal.com using your computer or mobile browser. You will need to use a web browser (like Firefox, Chrome, or Safari) to manage your subscriptions, as this feature is not available on mobile devices.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, contact the customer service or company where you subscribed to cancel the account.

Click on the Log In button in the top right corner of the website.

Log in using your PayPal username and password.
- If you've forgotten your username or password, click on Having trouble logging in? (Having trouble logging in?) and follow the provided instructions.

Click the gear icon at the top-right corner of the page.
- On mobile devices, you will need to tap on Menu at the top-left of the page to locate the gear icon.

Click on Payments (Payments). This option can be found in the blue bar at the top of the screen, immediately to the left.

Click on Manage Pre-approved Payments (Manage Pre-approved Payments). This option is found below the “Pre-approved payments” section.

Select the payment you wish to cancel.
- If no service or company name is listed under the 'Merchant' section, it may be because the subscription hasn’t been activated or isn’t set up with PayPal. In this case, contact the customer support of the company to cancel the subscription.
Click on Cancel (Cancel) at the top of the page.

Click on Cancel Profile (Cancel Profile) to confirm. This will also cancel your upcoming billing cycle as well as future payments.
