Can I cancel an order on StockX?

You cannot cancel an order once the bid has been accepted. StockX uses an automated system to process orders and handle payments. Placing a bid is a commitment to purchase. To maintain trust and ensure reliability within the system, StockX does not allow cancellations or returns once a bid is accepted. This helps provide assurance to sellers and ensures more available items for buyers.
What should I do to cancel an unaccepted bid?

Go to https://stockx.com in any browser. You can use any browser on your PC or Mac.

Log into your account. Click on Log In in the top right corner, then enter the email address and password linked to your StockX account and click
Log In. Alternatively, you can sign in using your Google, Facebook, Apple, or Twitter account.

Click My Account (My Account). This button is located at the top right of the webpage, next to the "Sell" button.

Click Buying (Buying). This is the first button in the menu that appears when you hover over "My Account". Your purchase information will be displayed.

Click on the Current (Current). This is the tab located at the top of the page. It displays all the bids you have placed that have not yet been accepted.

Locate the bid you wish to cancel. Browse through the list of bids displayed under the 'Current' tab to find yours.
- If it isn't there, check the Pending (Pending) tab to see if it's listed there. If your bid appears under 'Pending', it means your order has been accepted and cannot be canceled.

Click the trash icon next to your bid. This will delete your bid.
What should I do if my bid has already been accepted?

Contact StockX. If you made an error, StockX might assist you in canceling your order if you explain the situation. However, they are not required to do so, and they may charge a cancellation fee. You must reach out to them before the item is shipped, explain why you need to cancel, and provide evidence showing the mistake (e.g., wrong size). Contact your bank. You can reach out to your bank to request a payment stoppage. If you've paid with a credit card, you can request a chargeback. Credit card companies will require the seller to return the funds. However, this may result in your StockX account being suspended or banned.

Resell the item. If your bid has been accepted and the item has been shipped, your best option now is to resell the item to recover your money. When the item arrives, make sure to maintain its condition as it was when you received it. Then, you can list it for sale at a price equal to or close to what you originally paid for it. Hopefully, you will recover all or most of the money you spent on the item.
Are there any exceptions to the cancellation policy?
