Feeling bored with Hulu+ but thinking about reconnecting your cable? If you want to cancel your Hulu account, you can follow these simple, quick, and slightly entertaining steps.

Canceling on Hulu
Log in to your Hulu Plus account. Visit the Hulu website at http://www.hulu.com. You can log in using Facebook or your email and password.
Access your account information. Click on your name or profile picture located at the top-right corner of the screen, then select Account from the dropdown menu.
Click on Cancel Subscription. At the bottom-right corner of the Account tab, locate the Cancel Subscription option and click on it.
Watch a humorous video. Hulu will play an 11-second video with the message "Don't Go." If you remain unmoved, you can proceed with the cancellation process.
Review the terms and conditions. This section spans approximately 8 pages, aiming to persuade you to stay rather than cancel. The cancellation terms mainly discuss charges for services already used. Make sure to review them carefully before proceeding.
Click Cancel. Once you find the terms acceptable and wish to proceed with cancellation, click the gray Cancel button.
- Once Hulu processes your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep this email for future reference if needed.
Canceling on iTunes
Access the iTunes Store. From the homepage, click on your Apple ID (username) and select Account from the dropdown menu. Log in using your Apple ID and password.
Manage Subscriptions. Scroll to the bottom of your account page and locate the Subscriptions section under Settings. Click the Manage button on the right.
Locate your Hulu Plus subscription. You will see details about your subscription and renewal status. Click the Edit button on the right.
Turn off Auto-Renewal. This step finalizes the cancellation after your payment cycle ends.
Tips
- If you plan to resubscribe within the next 3 months, Hulu suggests temporarily pausing your account instead. To do this, follow the steps above but click on Put my account on hold instead of Cancel. Note: This option is not available on iTunes.
Warnings
- If you cancel your Hulu Plus account during the trial period, access to Hulu Plus will be terminated immediately.
