Today, Mytour will guide you through the process of removing the paid Premium membership from your LinkedIn account. While you cannot cancel the Premium subscription directly through the LinkedIn mobile app, you can do so via the iTunes Store if you initially subscribed through Apple.
Steps
Cancel Premium Membership

Go to the LinkedIn website. The LinkedIn homepage will open if you are already logged in.
- If you are not logged in, enter your username and password, then click Sign In.

Click on the Me (Me) tab. This tab is located on the right side of the top menu. Your profile picture is also displayed here.
- If you don’t have a profile picture on LinkedIn, the Me tab will show a silhouette.

Click on Settings & Privacy (Settings & Privacy). This option is found in the dropdown menu under the Me tab.

Click on the Account (Account) tab. This tab is located on the left side of the top menu.
- Other options in this row include Privacy (Privacy) and Communications (Communications).

Click on Subscriptions (Subscriptions). This option is located on the left side of the page, below the Basics (Basics) and Third parties (Third parties) tabs.

Click on Manage Premium Account (Manage Premium Account). This option is located near the bottom of the page.

Click on Cancel subscription (Cancel Subscription). This link is located under the "Account Type" heading on the right side of the page.
- If you purchased the Premium plan through Apple, a notification saying "Your subscription was purchased via the iTunes store. Please contact Apple to make any changes to your subscription" will appear. You will need to cancel the subscription through the iTunes Store.

Select a reason for cancellation. The options include:
- I upgraded for a one-time use/project only (I upgraded for a one-time use/project only)
- I didn't use the Premium account features (I didn't use the Premium account features)
- Price is too high (Price is too high)
- The features didn't work as expected (The features didn't work as expected)
- Other (Other)

Click on Continue (Continue) in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Depending on the cancellation reason, you may need to provide an explanation before clicking Continue.

Click on Cancel my subscription (Cancel My Subscription). This blue button is located in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The Premium plan will be canceled, and you will not be charged after the current billing cycle ends.

Click on Go to my homepage (Go to My Homepage). Afterward, you can delete your LinkedIn account if desired.
Cancel Subscription via Apple

Open the Settings app on your iPhone. This app features a grey gear icon and is located on your Home screen.

Scroll down and tap on iTunes & App Store. This option is located in the lower third of the page.

Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- If you are not signed in to your Apple ID, first tap Sign In at the top of the screen, enter your Apple ID email and password, and then tap Sign In.

Tap on View Apple ID (View Apple ID). This option is at the top of the pop-up menu.

Enter your Apple ID password. This is the password you use to download content from the App Store.
- If you use Touch ID as your Apple ID password, you can place your finger on the Home button at this step.

Tap on Subscriptions near the bottom of the screen.

Tap on the LinkedIn Premium plan. Depending on how many Apple subscriptions you have, the Subscriptions page may directly display the LinkedIn plan.

Tap on Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.

Tap on Confirm (Confirm) when the option appears. The Premium account will be removed from your Apple subscriptions, and you will not be billed after the current payment cycle ends.
- You can still use LinkedIn Premium until the current billing cycle ends.
Tips
- Your Premium account will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
Warnings
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you should contact LinkedIn 3-5 business days before the current cycle ends.
