This article will guide you on how to set a Facebook profile picture without it being cropped on Android devices.
Steps
Use the Facebook App
Launch Facebook. It's the blue icon with a white 'f', located on your home screen or in the app drawer.
Tap the ☰. This button is located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Click on your name. This option is near the top of the screen and will take you to your profile page.
Click Edit on your profile picture.
Tap Select Profile Picture to choose a profile photo.
Pick the picture you wish to upload.
Click the Edit button located in the lower-left corner to edit the image.
Click the Done button. It's located in the top-right corner of the screen. This will save the image without cropping it.
Click the Use button. This is located in the upper-right corner of the screen. Your new profile picture is now saved.
Using Facebook Mobile Website
Open Chrome. This is represented by a circle in red, blue, green, and yellow with the label 'Chrome' on your home screen.
- If you are using a browser other than Chrome, open that browser instead.
