Today, Mytour will show you how to connect your Amazon Fire Stick to Wi-Fi. After linking to your home Wi-Fi, you'll be able to use the Fire Stick to stream videos, shows, movies, and music on your TV with your Amazon account.
Steps

Connect the Amazon Fire Stick to your TV. The Fire Stick plugs directly into the HDMI port on the back of your TV. Turn on the TV and make sure you select the correct input source.

Connect the Fire Stick to a power source. The Fire Stick's micro-USB cable should be plugged into the device, with the other end connected to the included power adapter, which you then plug into an electrical outlet. If your TV has an available USB port, you can plug it directly into the TV instead of using the included power adapter.
- If you see a message indicating that the Fire Stick is low on battery, use the included power adapter and plug it directly into an outlet.

- Press the Home button on the remote to open the Home menu if you are on a screen other than the main Home screen. The Home button has an icon resembling a house.

Select Network (Network). This is the second option in the menu, represented by three curved lines similar to a Wi-Fi signal. Use the remote’s navigation buttons to move down and to the right to highlight the "Network" option, then press the Select button in the middle of the remote. The Fire Stick will automatically begin scanning for nearby networks.

Select the network you usually use. Once your home network appears in the list of nearby networks, use the navigation buttons on the remote to highlight the option. Then, press the Select button in the center of the remote to connect to the network.
- If your usual network does not appear, select "Rescan" at the bottom of the list.
- If your network is hidden, you can select "Join Other Network" at the bottom of the list and manually enter the network name to connect.

Enter the Wi-Fi password. If the network requires a password, use the remote to navigate the on-screen keyboard and enter the Wi-Fi password.
- If your home network is open and does not require a password, the device will automatically connect.

Select Connect (Connect) at the bottom right of the on-screen keyboard. The Fire Stick will connect to your home Wi-Fi network. Once connected, the status "Connected" will appear beneath the network name in the list of nearby networks.
- You can press the Home button on the remote to return to the Fire Stick Home screen.
