Steps
On a Windows Computer

Turn on the wireless headphones. Simply press the Power button on the headphones to power them up.
- Ensure that the headphones are fully charged before attempting to pair them via Bluetooth.





Click on Devices (Devices). This is the second option in the Settings menu. You will see the icons for iPod and keyboard.

Click on Bluetooth & other devices (Bluetooth and other devices). This is the first option in the menu below "Devices" (Devices).

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. The slider at the top of the "Bluetooth & other devices" menu should be blue, and it will display "On" on the right side. Otherwise, click on the slider to enable Bluetooth.

Click on + Add Bluetooth or other device (Add Bluetooth or other device). This is the first option in the Bluetooth & Other Devices menu.

Click on Bluetooth. This is the first option on the "Add a device" screen. The computer will start searching for nearby Bluetooth devices.

Select pairing mode for your Bluetooth headphones. The process for this may vary depending on the brand and model of your wireless headphones. Click on your wireless headphones. As soon as your headphones appear in the 'Add a device' menu, click on them to pair. Once successfully paired, you can use the wireless headphones with your Windows computer.
On a Mac computer

Turn on your wireless headphones. Simply do this by pressing the Power button on your wireless headphones.
- Make sure your wireless headphones are fully charged before attempting to pair them via Bluetooth.



Click on System Preferences (System Preferences). This menu will appear when you click the Apple icon in the menu bar.


- Alternatively, you can click on the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar above, and select Open Bluetooth Preferences.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. You should see 'Bluetooth: On' displayed beneath the Bluetooth icon on the left of the Bluetooth options menu. If it's not visible, click on Turn Bluetooth On beneath the icon to activate Bluetooth.

Click on the Bluetooth headphones. When your Mac detects the Bluetooth headphones, you will see them listed in the available devices. The device name will be highlighted in the list after you click on it.

Click on Connect (Connect). This is the option next to the Bluetooth headphones in the device list. Clicking it will instantly connect the headphones to your Mac.
