This Mytour article will guide you on how to reach out to a seller on Amazon. Products fulfilled by Amazon are generally handled by Amazon's customer service. For items sold and shipped by third-party sellers, you can select 'Get help with order' from your Orders list. Alternatively, you can directly choose the third-party seller's name and ask your question.
Steps to follow
Contacting a third-party seller

Visit https://www.amazon.com. You can use any browser on a Mac or PC. If you're not logged in, click on Account & Lists at the top right corner of the screen and select Sign In. Log in using the username and password associated with your Amazon account.

Click on the Orders button. This button is located at the top right corner of the screen. You will see a list of your previous orders.

Select the seller's name. The seller's name is located next to the "Sold By:" section below the item's name.

Click on the Ask a Question button. This is the yellow button located at the top of the screen.

Choose an option next to "I need assistance with". Your options are "An order I placed" or "An item for sale".

Select a subject. Use the dropdown menu next to "Select a Subject" to choose a topic:
- Shipping.
- Returns and Refund Policy.
- Product Customization.
- Other Question.

Click on the Write message button. This yellow button is located at the bottom of the screen after selecting a subject.

Compose your message. Type your message into the text input box. Messages are limited to 4000 characters.
- If necessary, you can click the "Add attachment" button to include an image or file.

Click on the Send e-mail button. This yellow button is located at the bottom of the screen. Your message will be sent via email, and the seller typically responds within 2 business days.
- Alternatively, you can contact Amazon Customer Service at 910-833-8343 if the product is shipped by Amazon.
Request order support

Visit https://www.amazon.com. You can use any browser on a Mac or PC.
- If you're not logged in, click on Account & Lists at the top right corner of the screen and select Sign In. Log in using the email address and password associated with your Amazon account.

Click on the Orders button. This button is located at the top right corner of the screen. You will see a list of your previous orders.

Click on the Get help with an order button. It is the third yellow button from the top.
- This option is only available for third-party sellers handling their own shipping. For third-party sellers using Amazon's shipping, use Method 1 to contact the seller or call Amazon Customer Service at 910-833-8343.

Select an issue. Choose any of the following options to describe your problem, or select "Other issue" for additional options:
- Package didn't arrive.
- Damaged or defective item.
- Different from what I ordered.
- No longer needed.
- Other issue.

Write your message. Type your message to the seller in the text box labeled "Describe your issue."

Click on the Send button. This yellow button is located below the text box. Your message will be sent, and the seller typically responds within 2 business days.
