When you encounter persistent issues with a service, Groupon offers several customer support resources to assist you. Begin by checking your account and reviewing the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or available self-service options. If your concerns remain unresolved, you can reach out to Groupon's customer support team through online chat, email, or their callback request feature. Note that Groupon no longer provides domestic phone support, so you’ll need to rely on one of the aforementioned methods.
Steps
Using the Customer Support FAQ List

Open Groupon's FAQ page. This page compiles commonly asked questions from users. You can use this section to identify the issue you're facing.
- If you’re not logged in, you’ll need to use the email address associated with your Groupon account and the corresponding password.

Click on the search bar labeled "Enter your question here." Fortunately, you don’t need to scroll through all the questions in the FAQ section. You can search for a specific issue using the search bar located in the middle of the page.

Enter your question. You’ll need to use English (or another supported language) since Groupon does not currently support Vietnamese. For example, if you’re having trouble closing your account, type "How do I close my Groupon account?"

Click the green magnifying glass icon to the right of the search field. Your query will be processed.
- You can also click on a suggested question title from the dropdown menu below the search bar (if options appear) that closely matches your issue.

Review the list of results. These will appear below the search bar. Note: You might not find an exact match for your query. If no direct results appear, try exploring similar questions from other users.

Click on a question title that aligns with your issue. Even if your exact question isn’t listed, you’ll likely find closely related answers. Look for similar keywords in other questions to locate the information you need.
- If you still can’t find a suitable answer, click on I Need More Help to be redirected to the Customer Support page.
Using Self-Service Options

Navigate to the Help section. First, log into your account and access Groupon's Customer Support page.
Select your order. Once logged in, choose the specific order you need assistance with and click “Choose.”

Review the available options. All self-service options for the selected order will appear, including editing the order, canceling for a refund, converting the order to Groupon credits, or returning the item.
Chat with Customer Support

Open Groupon's Customer Support page. You can use this page to directly connect with customer service representatives. They can resolve most issues you encounter.

Type "help" into the search bar. This search bar is located in the center of the webpage, just below the heading "Tell us what's going on."

Click on Continue. After typing "help" into the search bar, click the green "Continue" button at the bottom right corner of the page.

Click on Live Chat. When you click "Continue," a box labeled "Live Chat" will appear on the left side of the page, below the heading "Contact Options."

Confirm your contact details. After clicking "Live Chat," a new window will appear for you to enter your information. Before starting a chat with Groupon's customer support, you must provide the following details:
- Your name
- Email address
- Your question or issue

Click on Start Chat. After confirming your details, click the "Start Chat" button at the bottom right of the window. You’ll be connected to a Groupon customer support representative, and your issue should be resolved quickly and efficiently.
