How to Contact Yahoo

Today, Mytour will guide you on how to contact Yahoo. You can use online tools to report spam or harassment; if you're dealing with a simple account issue, try using the Help Center. There is no phone number or email address available for direct contact with Yahoo staff, so if you find a phone number claiming to be Yahoo support, do not call it. Note: you can change or reset your password without needing to contact Yahoo.

Visit the Email a Specialist page to report issues with your Yahoo account. This is the only official place where you can directly reach Yahoo's service team.

Enter your Yahoo email address. In the "Yahoo ID" text box located near the top of the page, type your Yahoo account email address.

Add an email address. In the text box labeled "Email address that you have access to," input your current email address. This can be the Yahoo account you frequently use or another separate account (like Gmail).

Re-enter the email address in the "Re-enter the email address..." text box.

Provide a detailed description. In the section labeled "Detailed description of issue," explain what is happening, any steps you've taken to resolve the issue, and any other relevant information you believe would help Yahoo reach an accurate conclusion.

Enter the offending Yahoo email address. Type the email address of the spammer or harasser into the "Yahoo ID of the person you are reporting" text box.

• Make sure the email address is correct, as submitting the wrong one may lead to the wrongful suspension or flagging of another person’s account.
