How to Create a Mailing List in Gmail

Mytour will guide you through the steps to create a mailing list for sending bulk emails in Gmail. Please note, creating such a list is not possible through the Gmail app on mobile devices.

Go to Gmail's homepage. The URL is https://www.mail.google.com/. If you're already signed in to Gmail, open your inbox.

• If you're not signed in yet, click on SIGN IN at the top right corner and enter your email address and password.

Nhấp chuột vào nút Gmail nằm ở góc trên, bên trái của trang, ngay phía trên nút COMPOSE (SOẠN).

Nhấp chuột vào tùy chọn Contacts (Danh bạ). Ngay sau đó danh bạ Gmail của bạn sẽ mở ra trong một tab mới ngay trên trình duyệt của bạn.

Đánh dấu vào ô vuông nhỏ bên cạnh những cái tên mà bạn muốn bổ sung vào danh sách. Trỏ vào bức ảnh nằm ở phía bên trái tên của người đó rồi đánh dấu vào ô vuông khi nó xuất hiện. Lặp lại thao tác này với những người khác.

Nhấn vào nút có hình ngôi nhà nằm ngang (label) và chọn ＋ Create label (tạo nhãn). Nó nằm ở phía trên cùng bên tay phải của trang.

Gõ tên vào nhãn, rồi chọn OK. Nhãn của bạn sẽ xuất hiện trong thanh bên tay phải, dưới đề mục "Labels".

• If you're not logged in, click on SIGN IN at the top right corner, then enter your email address and password.

Click the COMPOSE or SOẠN. It's located on the left side of your inbox.

Type the label name you just created in the "To" field. This field is located at the top of the "New Message" window that pops up. The label name will appear in this field.

Click on the label name. Now, your mailing list has been added to the "To" field.

Enter the content of your email. Type your message in the blank field just below the "Subject" section.

Click the Send button located at the bottom left corner of the "New Message" window. This completes the process of sending the email to each contact in your mailing list.

• If you want your recipients to remain unaware of the other email addresses in your mailing list, use the "Bcc" field instead of the "To" field.

• You cannot use a mailing list when using the Gmail app on your phone.
