Create a PDF File from a Word Doc on a PC (Personal Computer)

- Your computer might already have PDF creation software installed, such as Adobe Acrobat (for creating PDFs) and Adobe Reader (for reading PDFs). Therefore, before downloading any software, check if your computer already has a PDF creation tool.

Open Microsoft Word.

Create your document. Use Microsoft Word to draft the content you wish to convert into a PDF. If you've already finished, simply open the document.

Click on "File."

Select "Print."

Choose the PDF printer. Configure the settings for the PDF file you want to create.

Click the "Print" button. This action doesn't actually print the document but converts it into a PDF format.

Tips
- Always save the original file even after saving the PDF. Editing the original file is usually easier.
