Steps
Gather WiFi information. You'll need the network name (SSID), encryption method, and password.
- If you didn't set up the network yourself, you can find this information on the modem/router or in your internet service contract. If unsure, you can check the password on your computer or Mac. You also need to know if your password uses WPA, WPA2, or WEP security options. Contact your internet service provider's customer support for assistance.

Select the encryption method. From the dropdown menu next to "Encryption type," choose either "WPA/WPA2," "WEP," or "None."
Enter the network name. Input the network name into the "SSID" field at the top of the page.
Input the WiFi password. Use the next input box labeled "Key" to enter your WiFi password.
Click the blue Generate! button below the input fields. The QR code will appear at the bottom of the page.
Click Print!. This button is located above the QR code. This action will print the QR code on paper. Visitors can scan the QR code with their smartphones to connect to your WiFi.
