This article will guide you through the process of removing a post from your Tumblr account. Please note that the Tumblr mobile app does not support post deletion.
Steps
Visit https://www.tumblr.com. Use the link or type https://www.tumblr.com into your web browser and press ↵ Enter.
- If you are not automatically logged in, click on Log In, enter your email address, press Next, then type your password and select Log In.
Click on the Account icon. It is the silhouette of a person located at the top right corner of the window.
Click on Settings. It is located next to the gear icon (⚙️) in the "ACCOUNT" section of the dropdown menu.
Click on the post you wish to delete. It will be on the right side of the window, under the "BLOGS" section.
Scroll down and click on Delete (Name of blog). This option is located at the bottom of the page.
Enter your email address and password, then click on Delete (Name of blog). This action will permanently remove your post.
- If you only have one post associated with your Tumblr account, deleting it will also delete your Tumblr account.
