This wiki page provides a step-by-step guide to help you find out if someone has blocked you on TikTok.
Steps
Check the Following List

Launch TikTok. The app features a musical note icon. You can find it on your home screen or in the app drawer (if you're using an Android device).

Tap on the profile icon. This icon, depicting a person, is located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Press Following. This will display a list of users you are currently following.

Search for the user you suspect has blocked you. If you were following this user and they have blocked you, their profile will no longer appear in your Following list.
Check Messages and Comments

Open TikTok. The app features a musical note icon and can be found on your home screen or in the app drawer (if you're using an Android device).

Tap on the notifications icon. This is a square speech bubble located at the bottom of the screen.

Click on any comment or mention you made on the user's video. You can also tap on any tags they added to their post that include you. If you can't view the video, it's likely you've been blocked. Try following them to confirm whether you've been blocked.
Attempt to Follow the User

Open TikTok. The app features a musical note icon and can be found on your home screen or in the app drawer (if you're using an Android device).

Navigate to the Discover page. This page is represented by a globe or magnifying glass icon.

Enter the username of the person and press the Search button. A list of results will appear.

Tap on the username. If you're blocked, their profile will hide their bio and videos, and you'll see the message "You can't view this person's videos due to their user privacy settings." However, this doesn't always mean you're blocked, as some accounts are set to private for certain users.

Press Follow. If you can follow them (or send a follow request), you're not blocked. If you see a message saying ″You can't follow this account due to their user privacy settings,″ it's likely you've been blocked by this user.
