Cookies are typically stored by default in your computer's web browser. They are designed to store information and preferences from the websites you've visited. To protect your privacy or simply to free up storage space, you may want to disable cookies in your browser.
Steps
Chrome (Desktop)

Click the menu button (⋮) located at the top-right corner of the Chrome window.

Click on the option Settings (Settings).

Click on Show advanced settings (Show advanced settings) or Advanced (Advanced).

Click on Site Settings (Site settings) or Content settings (Content settings). This option is under the "Privacy and security" section (Privacy and security).

Click on Cookies.

Click on the slider Allow sites to save and read cookie data (Allow sites to store and read cookie data). In earlier versions, you could choose "Block sites from setting any data" (Block sites from setting data).

Click on the box Block third-party cookies (Block third-party cookies).

Click Remove All (Remove All) to clear all stored cookies.
Safari (iOS)

Open the Settings (Settings) app on your device. You can adjust the cookie settings for the Safari browser through the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Due to Apple's restrictions on third-party browsers, blocking cookies on Chrome is not possible on iOS. If you are using Chrome on iOS and want to block cookies, you will need to use Incognito Mode or switch to Safari.

Click on Safari.

Click on Block Cookies (Block Cookies). You can find this option in the "Privacy & Security" section (Privacy and Security).

Tap on Always Block (Always Block). With this setting, Safari will stop storing cookies from the websites you visit.
Chrome (Android)

Click on the Chrome menu button (⋮).

Tap Settings (Settings).

Click on Site Settings (Site Settings).

Click on Cookies (Cookies).

Tap on the slider next to Cookies to disable cookies. From now on, Chrome will stop storing cookies from the websites you visit.
Firefox

Click on the Firefox menu button located in the top-right corner of the window.

Nhấn Options (Tùy chọn).

Nhấn vào trình đơn Firefox will (Firefox sẽ) được thả xuống trong phần History (Lịch sử).

Nhấn vào Use custom settings for history (Sử dụng cài đặt tùy chỉnh cho lịch sử).

Nhấp vào hộp Accept cookies from sites (Chấp nhận cookie từ các trang). Khi bạn bỏ chọn hộp này, Firefox sẽ dừng lưu cookie.
Microsoft Edge

Click on the button (...).

Click on Settings (Settings).

Navigate to View advanced settings (View advanced settings).

Click on the dropdown menu for Cookies (Cookies).

Click on Block all cookies (Block all cookies). From this point on, Edge will stop saving cookies.
Internet Explorer

Click on the Tools menu (Tools) or the Gear button. If these buttons are hard to find, you can press Alt.

Click on Internet options (Internet options).

Click on the Privacy tab (Privacy).

Click on the Advanced (Advanced).

Click on the Block (Block) for both First-party and Third-party Cookies.

Check the box for Always allow session cookies (Always permit session cookies).

Click OK to save your changes. From now on, Internet Explorer will stop saving cookies.
Safari (Desktop)

Click on the Safari. This menu will appear on the menu bar when you open and work within a Safari window.

Click on Preferences (Preferences).

Click on the Privacy (Privacy) tab.

Click on the Always block button. Safari will stop saving cookies as you browse the web.
Tips
- If you completely disable cookies, you won’t be able to maintain your login status on frequently visited websites.
- If you prefer not to have your browsing session cookies stored, you can switch to Incognito mode or Private browsing on your browser. In this case, cookies won’t be saved.
Warning
- Remember, for most websites, cookies are the only way they can store information about you. Disabling cookies entirely may prevent you from logging into important services like online banking or email. Therefore, occasionally clearing old cookies might be a better option than disabling them entirely.
