Call 1-800-950-5114. Inform the customer service representative that you wish to unlink a card. They will assist you, even if the Unlink button is unavailable on your online account.

Chat online. Use a web browser (not the app) to chat with customer support, and request to remove a card from your account. They will guide you through the unlinking process, even if the Unlink button is missing!

CitiManager. The Unlink button might not always appear, so this method may not be reliable for removing a card from your Citibank account. To try it, click your profile picture, select Link/Unlink Card Account > Unlink, then complete the necessary fields and click Continue.
