Today, Mytour will guide you on how to download fonts from http://www.dafont.com for both Windows and Mac computers.
Steps to Follow
Visit http://www.dafont.com in your web browser on your computer.
Click on the font style.
The items are listed in a red rectangular box near the top of the window.
Scroll down to browse through the fonts in the category.
Click on Download (Download) when you find the font you want. The Download button will appear to the right of the font you wish to install. If prompted to save the file, choose a location on your computer and click Save (Save).
- Additionally, there is a Donate to author button, which allows you to express your gratitude by donating to the creator of the font you are downloading.
Locate the font file and extract it. The file is typically found in the Downloads folder unless you chose a different location.
- On Windows, double-click the file and then click Extract All Files.
- On Mac, simply double-click the file.
Double-click the extracted folder to open the font.
Install the font.
- On Windows, right-click the files with .otf, .ttf, or .fon extensions and select Install....
- On Mac, double-click the files with .otf, .ttf, or .fon extensions, then click the Install Font button in the lower right corner of the dialog box.
