Downloading an entire video game from the internet takes more time than downloading a Mytour article. Therefore, your Xbox needs extra time to download the game, and this might slow down your connection (for example, when playing a thrilling match of Call of Duty). Steps
Xbox One
Go to the Home screen. This is the main menu of the Xbox, the screen that appears when the console is powered on. To open this screen, press the X button in the center of the controller and select "Go Home."
Press the Menu button on the controller. This is the small button located in the center on the right side.
Locate the "Power & Startup" option in the Settings menu. Click on "Settings" → "Power and Startup." This is where you can configure your Xbox to enter standby mode when you turn it off. The device will automatically search for and complete any pending downloads/updates.
Select "Instant-On Power Mode." This mode will keep your Xbox One in standby while completing any download processes after you power off the device.
Xbox 360
Finish any downloads that were in progress before turning off the device by enabling "Low-Power" mode. The Xbox 360 can only complete downloads that were started while the system was powered on. This feature is automatically enabled, so if you begin a download and turn off your Xbox, it will continue downloading afterward.

Go to the Xbox Dashboard by selecting 'Home' in the upper right corner.
Select Console Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Startup and Shutdown. Options for turning off your Xbox and allowing it to continue downloading will appear.
Choose the option to download while the system is off.
Power off your Xbox after you're done playing.
