Creating a copy of a page from a large PDF file doesn't require purchasing expensive software. On Windows 10, OS X, and Android, you can extract pages without needing additional tools. For older Windows versions, a lightweight tool for printing PDFs is necessary, but it remains free of charge.
Steps
On Windows 10

Open the PDF file in any PDF reader. Windows 10 introduces a new feature called "Print to PDF," allowing you to create a new PDF file from the Print menu in any application. Once opened, the PDF document will default to the Edge browser.
- If you're using an older version of Windows, refer to the section On Windows 8 and Earlier.

Open the Print menu. The process varies depending on the application, but generally, you can access it through the File menu or by pressing the key combination Ctrl+P. In Edge, click the "..." button and select "Print."

Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" from the Printers dropdown menu. This feature will generate a new PDF file instead of physically printing the document.

Choose "Page range" from the Pages dropdown menu. This allows you to specify the exact page you wish to duplicate.

Enter the page number you want to copy. You can scroll through the preview to locate the desired page.

Click the "Print" button.
You will receive a notification that your file has been saved. The file will be stored in the same folder as the original PDF document.

Locate the PDF file. Click on the notification or open File Explorer and navigate to the appropriate folder. You will find the new PDF file alongside the original document in the directory.
On Windows 8 and Earlier

Visit the CutePDF Writer website. CutePDF Writer is a free utility that enables you to copy specific pages from a PDF file into a new PDF document. You can download CutePDF Writer from cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp.

Run the converter.exe program. The necessary software for creating a new PDF file will be installed. This automated process is relatively quick.

Open the PDF file containing the page you wish to duplicate. You can open the PDF in any program that supports the format, such as a web browser or Adobe Reader.

Access the Print menu. You can find it in the File menu or by pressing the key combination Ctrl+P.

Select "CutePDF Writer" from the Printer dropdown menu. CutePDF Writer will act as the tool for duplication rather than printing a physical copy.

Choose the page you want to copy. Use the Page or Range field to specify the exact page you wish to extract from the original PDF file.

Click the "Print" button and save the new PDF file. As soon as you click "Print," a "Save As" window will appear. Enter the desired name for the new PDF file and choose the save location. The new PDF file containing the selected page will then be created.
On Mac
