Step 1: Download the Adobe Scan app on your phone and open it to start using.
Step 2: Next, select the Document option to switch to the document scanning feature. In Scan Document mode, simply place the document within the frame, and the system will automatically scan it without requiring you to press any capture button.
Once the document is successfully captured and framed, choose Save PDF to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: When you reach the window to save the scanned PDF file, select the Share option and then choose to device. At this point, you need to select a storage folder to save the PDF file after a successful scan. Save it in an easily accessible folder for convenient sharing in the future.
Step 4: When you need to send or share the document with others, simply open Files ➔ Scanned PDF Document ➔ Share ➔ Select the recipient.
