This article provides instructions on how to export your Google Chrome bookmarks as a file on a Windows or Mac computer. Once exported, you can upload the bookmark file to another browser to view your bookmarks there. Please note that exporting bookmarks is not available on the mobile version of Chrome.
Steps to follow

Click on the icon ⋮ located at the top-right corner of the window to open the options menu.

Select the Bookmarks icon located near the top of the options menu. This will open another menu.

Click on the Bookmark manager (Bookmark Manager) in the window that's currently open. This will open the Bookmark Manager in a new tab.

Open the Bookmarks menu by clicking the ⋮ icon at the top-right of the blue bar displayed in the Bookmarks window. A selection menu will appear on the screen.

Click on the Export bookmarks in the menu options. This will open the File Explorer (on Windows) or Finder (on Mac).

Enter a name for the file. Type the desired name you want to assign to your bookmark file.

Choose the save folder. Click on the folder where you want to save the bookmark file (such as Desktop) on the left side of the window.

Click on the Save button at the bottom-right corner of the window.
Tips
Although you can't export the bookmark file to a mobile browser, you can still access your Google Chrome bookmarks from your computer on your smartphone or tablet by opening the Chrome app and signing in with the Google account used in the Chrome browser on your computer.
Warning
You cannot export bookmarks from the Chrome app on your phone.
