Today, Mytour will guide you on how to add multiple rows simultaneously in Google Sheets (Google Spreadsheets) on the full desktop website version.
Steps

Access https://sheets.google.com using your web browser. If you're already logged into your Google account, a list of Google Sheets linked to your account will appear.
- Log in to your Google account if you haven't been automatically logged in.
Click on the Google Sheet document you wish to open.

Select the row above or below where you want to add new rows. Click on the row number in the gray column on the left to select it.

Hold down the ⇧ Shift key and choose the number of rows you want to insert. For example, if you want to add 4 new rows, select 4 rows above or below the insertion point.

Right-click on the selected rows. Right-click anywhere within the highlighted area. A dropdown menu will appear.
- On a Mac, you can use two fingers to click on the trackpad or Magic Mouse, or hold the Control key and click.

Click on Insert # rows above or Insert # rows below. The # symbol represents the number of rows you selected. The corresponding number of new rows will be inserted above or below your selection.
