Steps
Launch Netflix on your TV. The steps to open Netflix vary depending on the TV type, but typically, you'll use the remote to select the Netflix app. This action will take you to the app's home screen.
Navigate left to open the main menu. The main menu is hidden when you're on the home screen. Use the left arrow button or the navigation controls on your remote or controller to access it.
- If the menu doesn't appear, try navigating upward.
Settings
- If you can't locate the settings menu or the gear icon, enter the following sequence on your remote: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. This will reveal the logout option.
Select Sign out. A confirmation prompt will appear.
- If you entered the long sequence using the arrow buttons, you might see options like Start Over, Deactivate, or Reset instead of Sign out.
