- 1/2 cup (120ml) boiling water
- 85g gelatin powder (Berry Blue Jello)
- 120ml Malibu rum
- 120ml blue curacao liquor
- 120ml pineapple juice
Steps

Prepare small drinking glasses. Arrange the 50ml glasses on a baking tray.

Prepare the remaining ingredients.
Dissolve the gelatin with boiling water in a large bowl. Add pineapple juice.

Measure and pour the remaining ingredients into the bowl. Carefully stir the mixture. Let the mixture cool down gradually.

Carefully pour the jelly mixture into the glasses.

Place the jelly in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to fully set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
