Steps
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Sift and mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda, and mix well.

Beat the butter and sugar in a separate bowl. Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl and use an electric hand mixer to beat them together until they form a light and fluffy mixture.

Add the eggs and vanilla. Continue beating the mixture until all ingredients are fully combined.

Stir in the dry ingredients. Use a long-handled spoon to mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture; keep stirring until no white flour is visible.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the chocolate chips into the bowl and stir them into the dough using a spoon.

Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet. Use a spoon or small ice cream scoop to drop equal portions of dough onto the baking sheet. Space them about 2.5 - 5 cm apart to allow room for the cookies to spread while baking.
- To prevent sticking, you can line the baking sheet with parchment paper before placing the dough on it.
- For uniform cookies, you can use a 1/8 cup measuring cup to scoop the dough.

Bake the cookies. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cookies turn golden brown on top and the edges appear slightly crispy.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool. Place the cookies on a cooling rack or transfer them to a plate and allow them to cool until they are ready to eat.

Finish and enjoy!
Sugar Cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the dry ingredients. Place the flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.

Beat the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to another bowl and beat until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, with all ingredients fully incorporated.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Pour the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture bowl. Use a long-handled spoon to stir the dough until no white flour remains visible.

Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet. Use a spoon or small ice cream scoop to place even portions of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2.5 - 5 cm of space between them to allow the cookies to spread during baking.

Flatten the cookies. Use the bottom of a glass to press down on each scoop of dough, flattening the cookies.

Sprinkle sugar over the cookies. Sugar will help make the cookies sweet and crispy after baking.

Bake the cookies. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the tops of the cookies turn slightly golden brown.

Let the cookies cool. Remove the cookies from the oven and place them on a cooling rack or plate. Wait 1 or 2 minutes for them to cool before enjoying.

Decorate the cookies. Sugar cookies can look festive with a glossy coating or sparkling sprinkles. Add a little edible glitter to give the cookies a colorful, celebratory touch.
No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Boil the milk with sugar. Add the milk and sugar to a saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely. This will take about 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Add vanilla, peanut butter, and salt. Add these ingredients to the saucepan and stir until everything is well combined.
- You can add ½ cup of cocoa powder to make chocolate peanut butter cookies.
- Stir in ½ cup of peanut butter to the mixture.

Stir in the oats.

Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet. Use a spoon or small ice cream scoop to place even portions of dough onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
