Ingredients
- Jasmine rice: 50g

Steps

Preparing the ingredients. Take 50g of glutinous rice and 50g of jasmine rice, rinse them thoroughly in a colander, and let them drain completely.
Roasting the rice. Transfer the rice to a pan and roast over medium heat.
- While roasting, stir continuously to ensure even cooking and prevent burning or sticking to the pan.
- Roast until the rice dries out, releases a fragrant aroma, and turns golden brown. Then, turn off the heat and transfer the roasted rice to a pot.
Cooking the rice water. Boil 500ml of water and pour it into the pot with the roasted rice.
- Add 500ml of fresh milk and stir the mixture well, letting it steep for 15 minutes.
- Next, bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add 50g of sugar and 100g of condensed milk, stirring until fully dissolved.
- At this stage, you can adjust the sweetness to suit your taste.
Final product. Once the sugar and milk are fully dissolved, turn off the heat and strain the liquid using a sieve.
