How to Make Pastillas Candy Without Cooking

Pour powdered milk and sweetened condensed milk into a bowl. Simply add 2 cups of powdered milk and 1 can (about 400g) of sweetened condensed milk into the bowl. With these ingredients, you can make 80 pieces of candy.
Mix the powdered milk and sweetened condensed milk thoroughly. The mixture will be thick and difficult to stir, so be patient and use a sturdy, heavy spoon.
Add vegetable butter to the mixture. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable butter to the mixture, or you can use animal butter. This will add a richer flavor to the candy. Mix the butter with the other ingredients.
Shape the candy into round or cylindrical pieces. Shape the pastillas candy into any shape you like; you can form them into round or cylindrical shapes like other types of candy. Just use your hands to shape the candy into your preferred form. You can wear gloves if desired. Place the shaped pieces of candy onto a plate.
Pour sugar onto a plate. Pour half a cup of sugar onto another plate.
