Making someone dream about you is no easy feat. While you can attempt to influence their dreams, whether they actually dream of you depends on their subconscious. This is because the brain creates dreams to process and deal with the challenges we face in life. However, you can try the tips in this article to influence others, such as making them think of you before sleep and becoming more memorable in general.

Try giving them a photo of yourself. This tip works better if they place your photo on their bedside table. If you are the last image they see before sleeping, they are more likely to dream about you.
Call or text them before bedtime. If you talk to them right before they sleep, they might think about you as they drift off.
