Requirements

- Reach level 1,800 or above.
- Have 5,000 experience points in Instinct V1. Once you've unlocked Observation or Instinct V1, continue to gain experience by actively using it.
- Visit the Instinct Teacher in Upper Skylands to check your current experience. If you have the "Ultra Instinct" title, you've reached at least 5,000 exp in V1.
- A fast way to earn 5,000 exp is by using all your dodges, traveling to the First Sea to recharge your dodges, and then repeating the cycle.
- Obtain the Musketeer Hat. Complete the Citizen's Quest to acquire it.
- Have $5,000,000 in cash. You'll need this amount to unlock the skill upgrade.

- Apple: Located at the top of a hill near the Hungry Man (Use the Portal Fruit to reach the "Turtle Mountain" easily and access the hilltop.)
- Banana: Found at the Great Tree on Hydra Island in the Third Sea.
