Quick Guide to Unlocking Instinct V2 in Blox Fruits
To unlock Instinct V2, you must first reach 5,000 experience points in Instinct V1. Then, complete the Hungry Man quest where you need to find three fruits, place them in a bowl, and deliver them to the Hungry Man. You will also need the Musketeer Hat to interact with the NPC who will place the fruits in the bowl. Afterward, you can purchase Instinct V2 for $5,000,000.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Requirements
Ensure you've met all the following criteria before upgrading to Instinct V2.
- Reach level 1,800 or above.
- Have 5,000 experience points in Instinct V1. Once you've unlocked Observation or Instinct V1, continue to gain experience by actively using it.
- Visit the Instinct Teacher in Upper Skylands to check your current experience. If you have the "Ultra Instinct" title, you've reached at least 5,000 exp in V1.
- A fast way to earn 5,000 exp is by using all your dodges, traveling to the First Sea to recharge your dodges, and then repeating the cycle.
- Obtain the Musketeer Hat. Complete the Citizen's Quest to acquire it.
- Have $5,000,000 in cash. You'll need this amount to unlock the skill upgrade.
Obtaining Instinct V2
Speak to the Hungry Man in his pineapple house located in Floating Turtle. If you don't meet the requirements, the Hungry Man will say, "Go away, weakling" rather than giving you a quest.
Find the three required fruits. The Hungry Man will ask you to gather these specific items:
- Apple: Located at the top of a hill near the Hungry Man (Use the Portal Fruit to reach the "Turtle Mountain" easily and access the hilltop.)
- Banana: Found at the Great Tree on Hydra Island in the Third Sea.

Pineapple: Situated at Port Town, near the Pistol Billionaires, inside a stall on the left side.
- These fruits respawn every 10 minutes.
Speak with the Citizen to place the fruits in a bowl. This NPC can be found near the Third Sea Mansion on the Floating Turtle.
- You must have the Musketeer Hat to talk to the Citizen. To get it, break a wall near the Mansion's entrance, hidden behind three mushrooms.
Hand the fruit-filled bowl to the Hungry Man. If you skip speaking to the Citizen, the Hungry Man will say, "Nice, you found the fruits, but I'm a picky eater. Can you serve them in a bowl for me?"
- Once you give him the bowl, you can purchase Instinct V2 for $5,000,000.
Abilities
Upgrading to V2 unlocks the following abilities:
- You can see another player's: Level, Fighting Style, Sword, Blox Fruit, and Gun
- Only equipped items will be visible.
- Faster dodge recharge rate.
- Wider detection range.
- Clearer vision with reduced blur and increased brightness.
- In combat, a +50% speed boost.
- Ability to see when another player is charging or holding a move.
